Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
2026 Cheerleading Registration
Midcrest Panthers – No Refund Registration Policy To ensure the stability of our program and our ability to plan effectively for the season, the Midcrest Panthers maintain a No Refund Registration Policy for all athletes. Policy Overview All registration fees are non‑refundable, including but not limited to: - Player registration fees - Equipment or uniform fees - Late registration fees - Any optional add‑on purchases made during registration Why This Policy Exists Once a player is registered, the program immediately incurs costs on their behalf, including: - League fees and insurance - Equipment orders and uniform production - Field reservations and facility costs - Administrative and operational expenses These expenses are paid whether or not a player ultimately participates. Special Circumstances While refunds are not offered, families may request consideration for credit toward the following season in the event of: - A season‑ending injury before the first official game - A documented family relocation outside the league area Credits are not guaranteed and must be reviewed by the Panthers Leadership Team. Acknowledgment By completing registration, families acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Registration Policy.
